Bachelors in Agriculture and two years experience required. Job: Improve, conserve and develop natural resources using natural agriculture methodology: Study composition of soil to determine suitability for sustaining natural agricultural methods and yielding food crops through natural processes & determine appropriate corrective measures. Improve quality of soil by implementing natural methods to purify and strengthen the soil using indigenous natural materials. Develop plans to gradually infuse natural materials in the composition of soil to achieve correct balance of minerals and nutrients over natural cycles. Develop plans for crop rotation and other soil conservation practices. Develop plans to eliminate or reverse soil erosion. Study characteristics of plants and synergy of natural materials in the habitat and devise methods to improve crops and their tolerance, and strengthen them to withstand the elements.
